Thanksgiving

I love the holidays and I love Thanksgiving even more! I love all the food and I love that I get to eat it all and not be judged for all the food on my plate...even more now being pregnant and all! We are headed to Wichita Falls today to see our wonderful families and Saturday we are going to the Tech-Baylor game in Dallas. It's supposed to be a vacation when we go home, but it always ends up being way crazier and busier than when we are here! Oh well, we always have a blast so it's worth it. I won't be back until Monday so I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoys their time off! Best of luck to all you crazy people who plan to do some Black Friday shopping :) I am pretty sure I will be sleeping in!

Apology

Sooo I have to apologize to Brigette! In my rush to post her pics, I called Coby "Cody" the first time I said his name! I know it's Coby, but I guess my fingers were typing before my brain was telling it what to type, or I am dyslexic. Plus my brain really doesn't work these days! Chance just pointed it out to me so I hurried and fixed it, but definitely wanted to apologize! I already feel bad because Ella calls him the wrong name and then I made it worse! Agghh!!! Anyways, his name is COBY! I promise I do know it :)

Sweetsa Pizza, Baby Toba, and Family

This is one of my good friend here in Lubbock and her sweet little family. Ella just loves them sooo much. Brigette is definitely a second Mom to Ella, and I am pretty sure Ella would be OK with her being her only Mom, haha. She LOVES going to their house because get's to play with Pearl (or Sweetsa Pizza and she likes to be called:) and baby Coby. Ella can't pronounce his name, so she just calls him Toby and sometimes Baba Toba. We have tried to work on her saying "Coby", but it just doesn't come out right. Now she has rubbed off on Chance and Me and we always end up calling him Toby. Haha, I am sure Brigette just loves the fact that we have re-named her son, but it so hard to remember because we here Toby at least 5 times a day...did I mention how much Ella loves him? She seriously talks about him every days and multiple times a day. He is the reason why I KNOW she will be exited to have a baby sister or brother around. She loves trying to help Brigette take care of him... it's so sweet :)

I have taken Pearl's pictures before but this time she got to bring her beautiful family too! Thanks Brigette (and KC) for helping me out with Ella all the time and for being a great friend!

I wish I could work on more but I have so many errands to run... I am hosting a shower tonight and dinner tomorrow...eeekk! So much to do! I will be back with more pictures one of mine and Ella's favorite family :)

Why I have been behind :)

Well, most of you already know this, but for those of you who don't, we are expecting baby #2!!! I am due May 19th so I have quit a ways to go still, but I wanted to let everyone know why I have been a slacker here lately! I am finally starting to feel like myself again. WAY less tired and the nausea is finally going away too! There for a while all I wanted to do was lay on the couch and fall asleep! I had no energy whatsoever! Glad to be feeling better!

Ella is so excited to have a baby sister or brother... I am hoping for another girl and Chance is betting on a boy, haha. She says it's a girl and we are naming her "Guns Up"... boy does she have a big surprise coming when the baby gets here (in no way will it's name have anything to do with Texas Tech... not that I don't like Tech, just not going to name my baby after it :)

I bought Ella a "big sister" shirt to tell all our family we were expecting... they were all definitely excited to see it! It was such a cute shirt that I decided to take Ella out and get some cute pictures of her in it. Here are a few good ones of Miss E.

One Big Happy Family

I am really loving these gorgeous trees/area I found the other day. Here in Lubbock, you just can't find pretty trees that are actually taller than people and that aren't in someone's backyard! There are areas with big trees, but they are blah and look dead like 85% of the year!

I had a hard time choosing through all this family's pictures! Such a wonderful family and so hard to choose! I really enjoyed hanging out with them...reminded me a lot of my family who I don't get to see as often as I would like. Thanks so much for trusting me! Brooke-I will get in touch with you after Christmas... I am going to do some planning. Hopefully your husband won't be too mad :)
